Sonisphere 2011 (Finland) - Ensimmäiset bändit julkistettu / first bands announced !

Tänä vuonna Sonisphere-festivaali rantautuu jälleen Suomeen, tosin päivämäärä ja paikka muuttuvat - festivaalia vietetään jo 2. heinäkuuta (2.7.2011) ja paikka on tällä kertaa Kalasatama, Helsingissä.

Pääesiintyjä tänä vuonna on amerikkalainen maski-yhtye Slipknot!
Muita ulkomaalaisia esiintyjiä ovat In Flames (SWE), Opeth (SWE) sekä Mastodon (US). Suomalaisista taas ovat varmistuneet Sonata Arctica ja Stam1na.

Liput tulevat myyntiin keskiviikkona 23.2.2011, kello 9.00, Tiketissä. (http://www.tiketti.fi/)
Liput alkaen 86 euroa. Tapahtumalla ei ole ikärajaa.

Also this year Sonisphere-festival comes to Finland! Festival have new date and place - it's already 2.7.2011 and the place is Kalasatama, in Helsinki.

This year main band is american Slipknot!
Other bands who are announced is In Flames (SWE), Opeth (SWE), Mastodon (US) and finnish bands are Sonata Arcitica and Stam1na.

Tickets come to sale on wednesday 23.2.2011, 9.00 o'clock (on the morning, at finnish time!), in Tiketti (http://www.tiketti.fi/).
Ticket-prices start from 86 euros. There's no age-limit for this festival.

This was my first time in ages, when I went to gig, where played a band, who I haven't seen at live before!

I was so shock after the gig. They were so good and awesome! Brilliant! I WANT MORE!
I'm so happy that my friend just say to me that "Girl, you're coming, I won't accept a word "no"!". Thank God I went there, I should go to see them when they played in Lumous Gothic Festival in 2009.
Luckily I went this time!
If you wanna dance, and just enjoy with the good people around you AND you like gothic and electro german music -> go to see Project Pitchfork!
I'm not 100% sure what ''genre'' they're, 'cause they're so new band for me. But I will definitely gonna go to see them if I have a chance for that and get know the band and their music better :)

Guess what, my dear followers?!
I have bought my first festival-ticket for summer 2011! Okay, I bought it long time ago, but I get it to me last weeks friday!
So ...

... say hello to my Wacken Open Air 2011 -3 days *ALL IN* ticket- !!!
At this moment, W:O:A 2011 is SOLD OUT! I guess that if you wanna come to W:O:A you can find some tickets from eBay, or if your country is making trip to W:O:A, ask very soon is there any places left!
And for finnish people ; Elmu has still some tickets left (trip-tickets), read more HERE!
Notice, that you need to be fast, you have only THIS MONTH time to get contact to Elmu and say that you're intressed!!! Read more of the link what I put.

But the question is ; What bands are this year in W:O:A?
I will now put here ALL BANDS who gonna play there and then after the band name put my opinion them, am I gonna go to see them and so on :) Bands who I'm waiting for the most is in pink colour.

Accuser - Never heard.
Airbourne - This band kick asses! I saw them first time in Sauna Open Air 2008 (?) and they totally stole my heart!
Apocalyptica - Last year I saw them in W:O:A, even it was a "secret" show! This year have to see them too, they're awesome!
As I Lay Dying - Haven't listen this band so much nowdays, but I like their attitude and music style. So definitely gonna check them!
Avantasia - One of my friend, who's coming with our group, like them, and if there's nothing better playing same time than them, I guess I'm gonna watch their show.
Battle Beast - Never heard.
Blaas of Glory - Never heard.
Blind Guardian - Not my fav bands, but not bad band at all. Gonna watch if there's nothing better to do :D
Blowsight - Never heard.
Bullet - I miss their show in Finland this week 'cause I'm very ill atm!!! So definitely gonna check them in W:O:A!
Bülent Ceylan - Never heard.
Children of Bodom - One of the biggest reasons why I buy the ticket. It doesn't matter if in W:O:A would be only COB and all other bands would be not so good - the feeling in the area is something what you can't tell in words! Can't wait this :)
Cradle of Filth - One of my teenage fav bands. Gonna check them if there's nothing better going on at the same time, I wanna hear Nymhetamine! Hopefully their still playing that ...
CrashDiet - Next day when I get that ticket to my hands, Crashdïet confirmed to play in W:O:A !!! Their my fav band at the moment and this is so good luck for me, I'm so excited!
Devil Driver - Haven't listen them so much ... maybe.
Eläkeläiset - Hahahaha, don't like them at all, but gonna go check them just because their finnish! :D
Excrementory G. - Never heard.
Exodus - One of my friend who's coming with us like them so maybe I'm gonna check them too!
Hail of Bullets - Never heard, but the name sounds interesting ...

Morgoth - Sounds some death metal band, so I guess I'm not gonna watch them ...

So, what we can see? Not very much MUST HAVE-bands, but the quality is the best ;)
Quite much never heard-bands, but it's always nice to see new bands!

Can't wait for W:O:A 2011 !!! 173 days to go! :)

Close-up Båten ; Crashdïet, 10.9.2010, SWE-FIN-SWE

Finally was time for Crashfuckingdïet !!!
Actually, they played 12:00 o'clock on the DAY. It was somehow weird though, but we partied whole evening and night so it's feel like normal gig in the evening, heh.

(I just put some really weird puttings into my camera, so photos are somehow different than usually. Don't know wtf I did, but I was so drunk lol!)

Close-up Båten ; Crucified Barbara, 10.9.2010, SWE-FIN-SWE

I, and my two friends, wanted to see Crashdïet before next year, so we went to Sweden and Close-up Båten, which is a cruise between Sweden and Finland. The boat leaves from Sweden, Stockholm, come to Finland, Turku, and goes back to Stockholm.
We left from Helsinki one day before the cruise (8.9.), so we were in Sweden, Stockholm in the morning at next day. The cruise started 9.10. and ended 10.9. We came back 'in the same boat' than Close-up Båten were, which leaves few hours after it came back to Stockholm, so when we came back to Finland, we came to Turku and it was 11.9. in the morning.
Hopefully some of you understand something of that messy explanation :D

There were few bands but we partied the whole time before Crashdïet, so the first band where I have some photos is Crucified Barbara, swedish girl-band, who played before Crashdïet.
They were totally new band for me and when they start I almost went to shock. Who the hell are these girls?! Why I haven't heard of them before?!
These girls have more balls than big rock-bands these days. So if you like good rock music with THE ATTITUDE, check them out!
Photos are NOT very good, but I wanna share some of them just because they impressed me so well. I would love to see their show again and soon!

We will hear these girls later, I'm so sure about that! :)

Reckless Love, 3.9.2010, Bar Soho, Porvoo

It's happen usually ONCE in a year, when here comes something good.
2009 we got Profane Omen and Amoral, and 2010 we got only one - Reckless Love.

I was so happy, 'cause there was so long time when here was something good!
And the bar was almost full and the audience were really excited, and boys were really surprised about that. And so was I! But it was so good gig, I went to there with my good friend Maiju.
