Hello after a long time!
I am still well alive, have been just travelling around the world. My friend won The Hobbit Fan Fellowship Contest and she took me as her plus one. We were in New Zealand aka Middle-Earth a week. :)
Then we came back to FInland and a bit less than a month after that we went to The Hobbit - Battle of the Five Armies world premiere in London. Hobbits everywhere!

Some of you might have notice this brand new song by Billy Boyd which is the song for The Hobbit - Battle of the Five Armies. I have liked all of these main songs for The Hobbit-movies though these are not the style what I usually listen.



 I guess I like this the most. It sums up everything so well. Very, very beautiful. And emotional. All the feels! I am always crying when I am listening this song, hehe.

Slipknot having a massive European tour!

It's true, it's official, it's almost here. A super massive Slipknot's European tour for 2015.
They will have lots of dates in England, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Finland ... etc. etc. etc.

This is something what we all have waiting for so long time. I'm for sure going to Finland show but hope to do more dates.

The tickets for Finland gig will come on sale monday the 20th, 9 a.m., at Lippupalvelu.
58,50€ / per ticket.

Bring Me The Horizon at Tuska Open Air in Helsinki, Finland at 28.6.2014.

My very first time ever in front row at Bring Me The Horizon concert!
It was amazing! I have seen them pretty many times but this was just an amazing gig. I really like the latest album SEMPITERNAL and I really enjoyed when they played lots of songs from that album.
Even we were at front row we still had plenty of space to dance, just feel the beat, mosh and party. I was so happy after this gig.
Can't wait to see them again!

The weather was very cool and worked well with my camera.

Dimmu Borgir at Tuska Open Air in helsinki, Finland 27.6.2014.

These are the reason why I started to like taking photos at gigs once again. I just thought that I still have some talent for this and hey, I actually like doing this. Good.

Doro at Getaway Rock Festival in Gävle, Sweden 9.10.2014.

I guess we all know who is this living legend and Queen of metal?

I have seen Doro at live few times and every single time I have felt so deep respect to her. She is so inspiring and kind person but at the same time also a kick-ass rock'n'roll queen. I'm so happy that she is still staying strong in music business and doing lots of gigs. Because they are so glorious!

Let's say it what we all think and know ; Doro is not so young anymore. But damn, she ROCK!
I think she have more attitude and is kicking asses more than most of the new metal bands vocalists, no matter if they're women or men.
People always think that a bit heavier music is so dark and suicidal but Doro is such a positive person and have really good (and positive) opinions of metal and metalheads that all you can do is just think "I so fucking agree with you, woman!". You don't need to be always so pissed off etc. look like a total badass to have a successful career or be famous in this music scene - you can do it also in the way like Doro does. It's amazing!

When an artist is showing so clearly how much she respect her band mates, fans and the whole scene is just so fucking awesome. And of course make and play great songs!
I haven't ever listen Warlock so much but I have listen Doro's solo albums. She is mixing both materials on her gigs which works well. I really like the newest album, there is a bunch of really rocking songs!
She also came out from the stage after the gig in Getaway to say hello to fans and sign stuff. We were lucky to be in the front row and have a chance to thank her from the amazing gig and took a quick selfie haha!
Suck a lovely person, hope to see her soon again. :)

All shall hail and kneel for the one and only DORO the Queen of Metal!

New music video : Motionless In White - Reincarnate

I found Motionless In White at some point during last year ... I really like their style to mix emo core, metal, industrial styles and different kind of vocals styles. It really works well!
I have always liked a lot of their all music videos because they are visually so amazing, beautiful and inspiring. It feel like those just get better and better all the time!

Michael Monroe at Getaway Rock Festival in Gävle, Sweden 9.10.2014

Luckily most of the bands in the main-stage in Getaway Rock were interesting. The first one were Michael Monroe.
I have been listening Hanoi Rocks pretty much and though I have like a lot Monroe's solo band as well, for some reason I haven't seen them many times even I'm Finnish and they do have pretty much gigs in here. That was my first thought after first song. Why I don't go to see this band more often? Why?

So yes, they were really good, full of energy, audience was excited and I felt so proud to be Finnish because of them haha!

I focused most of the gig to enjoy the music and atmosphere so I didn't took so many photos. After all I got few nice shots anyway!
As a big Backyard Babies-fan I was really happy to see Dregen play again with Monroe. I think Monroe were a great band with Dregen back in time before he left but I think Dregen's solo band and Monroe without Dregen works too.
Great gig, I really enjoyed it. :)

New song and lyric music video : SISTER SIN - Chaos Royale!

Here is a brand new song from SISTER SIN! It's called by Chaos Royale and it's the first single from the upcoming album Black Lotus. :)



Such a killer tune!! It just get better when you listen it more and more. Really looking forward for the gigs in Finland and hope to catch them at some other countries too. :)

New music video : SLIPKNOT - The Devil In I

Ahh! This is something what most of us have been waiting for aaaaaaaages! New SLIPKNOT, new music video! This is The Devil In I, the second single from the upcoming album 5 : The Grey Chapter which will be out 21.10. Are you ready?!



I really like the song and I totally love the video!It's so sick and twisted, just how 'it should be'. Pure love! The new masks are also nice, though Corey's is somehow a big flashback from the past ... I don't complain, the last one was pretty too but I like them more when they're a bit more 'brutal'.

SISTER SIN on Chaos Royale-tour!

Swedish rock'n'roll band SISTER SIN is going to massive European tour called by Chaos Royale European Tour!
I suggest you all check this band out, I have seen them first time in 2010 if I remember right and they blew my mind totally! Since then I have been going their almost every gig in Finland ans seen them various times in Sweden also. One of the best live bands what I know in the whole world, so go and see one of Hell rock'n'roll show. ;)

Can't wait to see them again, they're such a nice people and play kick ass rock'n'roll which is always a good combination. Good times and good gigs coming up!

BACK IN BUSINESS!

Hell yeah it's finally time to start posting to this blog again. :P

From now on the blog will be written in English only. There will be lots and lots of photos from the past since I got about 1,5 years break from posting anything in here. Oops ...
Also more news, gig reviews and also new photos coming up since I took some nice ones during rocking in the summer festivals!
